Nuestra primera toma de contacto con el opio fue a los 12 años leyendo Tintín y El Loto Azul. Después hacíamos pruebas de valor oliendo amapolas a ver si alguien se quedaba dormido. Y ahora os enseñamos la definición del tratado De Materia Médica de Dioscórides “Esta medicina quita totalmente el dolor, mitiga la tos, refrena los flujos estomacales y aplicase con agua sobre la frente y sienes de quienes dormir no pueden. Pero tomándose en gran cantidad ofende, porque hace letargia y despacha”. 

Our first contact with opium was at 12 years old reading Tintin and The Blue Lotus. Afterwards we did courage tests smelling poppies to check if someone fell asleep. And now we show you the version of the treatise De Materia Medica of Dioscorides.

De tulipanes y cursiladas - About tulips and corny things

No, para nada somos romanticonas ni cursis. Pero ojeando el significado de las flores hemos descubierto que los tulipanes rojos simbolizan una declaración de amor. Y mira, si no quieres ser muy directo y tu estilo es más sutil, tenemos el regalo perfecto para el próximo 14 de Febrero. Que sí, que esa fecha es una chorrada para los tipos duros como tú pero… ¡qué demonios! Es sólo un detallito y cualquier día es bueno.

So, if you don´t want to be too direct and your style is more subtle, we have the perfect gift for the next 14th of February. Ok, that date means nothing for tough guys like you but… what the hell!
